I was going to enter this one. It's one of my favorite flower shots.

Ian I have three passions... in this order.
1 - Aircraft in flight even though I haven't been doing much of that in the last couple of years.
2 - Birds.... even though I'm a babe in the woods with it.
3 - Flowers. Easy subjects as a rule. Besides that, I like 'em. ( I might start a thread with some of my other fav's )

No doubt it's challenging and what I like about it is you usually don't get a second chance so you have to do your best to make it count. What I don't like about it is you usually only get one chance. Make sense? :24:

That's why I like shooting flowers. They can be a challenge as well though cuz you gotta work a few angles to get a decent shot imo. The reddish rose was a challenge to me. Red's and blacks can make for a tough shot. Usually something is blown out but in that case it worked. Come to think of it whites can be a bugger as well.
