You mean the 'bokeh' effect on the chain of lights?

no i mean the overall tone of the photograph given to it by you using a higher ISO and letting the red from the ambient light come through in the photo

Yours isn't bokeh though. It's blur or reflection due to the bright lights.

Edit: On second thought I guess there's a bit of bokeh there. Nice job on the bokeh.

When I was younger maybe... today not so much. I kinda like my bathroom though. It's dimly lit, very private and peaceful.
