Nah, cuz if they did lots of people would jump on them and they'd be a social outcast. Then everybody would laugh when a 29 year old man says that a 17 year old girl is old enough to fight her own battles. So it definitely couldn't have happened.

She doesn't have to worry about the real world just yet. It's for an AP class. You didn't have to worry about it when you were 17 stop trying to act like she needs to do things the way a 29 year old needs too. Its one of the joys of growing up.

Did you not read her assignments for this? How she has so many ok projects to do before her big finally really good ones to be done? Meaning she doesn't have to have things perfect right off the bat.

Sorry if that seems harsh Dana, but if we don't need to sugarcoat things for a 17 year old, then obviously we shouldn't sugarcoat them for a 29 year old, right? I'm sure you're more than ready for the real world by now.

Is it really ganging up? Wouldn't you expect any group of adults to say something if another adult insults a child?

His behavior would be unacceptable anywhere in normal society, I don't see why we're supposed to ignore it on here. Is a little basic courtesy and human decency too much to ask for?

If you read what I wrote I told him what he said was wrong also. What I dont understand, is any comment Dana makes has to be at least a 5 post reply on how hes a prick. We all know Dana is a very pessimistic unhappy little man and thrives on negativity. Is us feeding into that and reminding him of that constantly going to change anything? NO its not...... it just makes us look petty for always feeding into it.
