Generally pepperoni with other things which I mix and match, like red onion, BBQ sauce, cheese.

I never leave off the mushrooms. I like black olives too. Pepperoni is the meat of the day usually.

sometime i like a speciality pizza call a philly cheese steak pizza. No sauce, cheese, steak, green peppers and onions

the most important thing in a pizza is the dough, making the perfect crust is key, then finding the best homemade toppings if we're talking meat or cheese, and then the freshest produce.

Now you've got me started.
I prefer pepperoni and sausage but my wife always asks for thick, stuffed crust and extra cheese.
I keep trying to explain to her that cheese and bread are the very essence of pizza.
You don't need extra cheese, that's one of the foundation bricks.
Thick stuffed crust? It's a fucking pizza, just thick enough to hold the sauce is enough.

Sometimes I have hand pizza, it's just 4 pepperonis, a dash of shredded cheese, and sauce all on the palm of your hand.
Seriously, it's pretty awesome.
