I love the Iris . They are my favorite flower.

Interesting. For Earth Day, I was given a clump of Iris bulbs starting to bud. They are going to be purple. I planted them in the vegetable garden as the flower garden wasn't prepped yet. If and when they bloom, I'll post a picture of them. Just for you.

We also planted two evergreen trees out front near the road. They were given away for free at WalMart's. They're about 6" tall. I should see results in about 5 years... if the deer or bunnies don't eat them.
