i think its universal, the team who "owns" the town usually gets top billing..and for the four seasoned fan (like us) its hard to prove the NHL to some of the townies (especially here when the lean years in Bourque's trading to Colorado and he wins the Stanley Cup

The latest Stanley Cup helped bring them more into focus and really the fans here aren't really band wagon jumpers. They're solid. It's just the media. We do have one guy who is all about hockey and even talks about English Football which is great! The only problem is the guy is a pretty big dillhole.

Ach, it's so sad. We probably have one of if not the nicest ballpark in the league and we basically have a minor league team playing in it. You can't imagine how gorgeous the view is from inside and there isn't a bad seat in the house. You know it's bad when they promo the food and quality beers and not the baseball.
