I've been horizontal for the past quite a bit and Kirby has decided he must protect me for whatever might come about. Because of that I had to put a towel on the back of the sofa so it doesn't get full of hair. He has made this his new sleeping area and it doesn't matter if I'm laying there or not.
I'm thinking he looks comfortable. :24:

Ah, light shows....... For me, 70's & 80's... Tho, in RL I am an AcidVirgin. I always figured I'd either think I could really fly or end up seeing massive amounts of Spiders. Both enough to keep this girl away from stuff like that...... I did try ShroomJuice once. But instead of seeing colors I just found everything hysterically funny......

Schrooms..... mmmmmm........ they were great. This area that I live in has them growing wild all over the place. We never made juice out of them though. All we did was dry them and put 'em in a blender. Once they were the consistency of ground coffee they were ready for consumption. My roomie and myself had a big coffee can full at the end of one season. Two teaspoons warshed down with a cold beer did the trick. After that is was hard just to get your arse off the sofa to get another beer. It's probably been 35 years since I did 'em but the memories of me catching a fly are as clear as the day I did it. :24:
More signs of spring.................
This really isn't a sign of spring. It's a sign of a goose sleeping but I liked the shot so what the hell.....
This is actually a Humming Bird. It was very far away and I had to crop it a lot just so we can see it. They are at least 3 weeks early so I'm going to set my feeder up tomorrow and try for some more shots this year.

The first hatch of Mallards on the local lake. Once again, they are quite early.

Cool! What kind of hummingbirds do you get out there?
I don't know because I never researched it. I'll look at some of my shots and see if I can match them up with a name just for you.

My guess would be Ruby Throated for sure. I think their range extends across Canada. In my neck of the woods that's the only kind we get. I can't remember if BC gets different species or not. I still haven't figured out what kind of hummingbird was in the pictures I took a few months ago.
