Well, tonite I think I'll spend with the girls, just at a little club we frequent, it's a lot of fun. Saturdays I usually spend with my daughter, she's 17 and for the passed year or so, we've been making it OUR day. We get up early and go shopping, then we have brunch together at this beautiful little cafe by the waterfront. After that we usually play it by ear....Sunday?...that's my day...lol..I sleep in and then I get up late and have a huge breakfast.....and do whatever I want to do for the rest of the day. Dontcha just love the weekends? Have fun with your hubby tonite.

Sounds great! yes, I love the weekend!!! Saturdays are usually busy for me, kids have things on etc but like you I love to sleep in and relax on Sundays

My saturdays used to be like that when the kids were young, one day you'll miss that, trust me. The reason I started this saturday thing with my daughter was because we just weren't spending enough quality time together, you know? She's growing up, graduating from high school this year and before long she'll be gone, just like my son. When he moved out, he was halfway through university, it almost broke my heart. Those days went by so fast.....enjoy them doll.

Believe it or not, one day they'll grow up and the house will all of a sudden seem so quiet...lol..and you'll perhaps sit and cry for hours remembering those times when you could hardly hear yourself think...lol.
