Ok check this out. Here this Labor Day weekend the police are putting up a shit load of DUI check points. And if you refuse to take a Breathalyzer test then they are going to force you to take a blood test on the scene. They are going to have people stationed at each check point to draw blood. What do you all think about that?

This dude robs a bank and when he leaves the bank he hails a taxi cab and makes his getaway in the cab without the cab driver even knowing he robbed the bank. They have a real good picture of him from bank surveillance tapes and are asking all cab drivers to see if they recognize him so the police can find out where he was dropped off. He probably paid for the cab ride and the tip; with the stolen money! LOL! :24:

Well if it's going to save lives from drunk drivers then I am torn. It's like they have to have probable cause to suspect that you're driving drunk in order for them to give you a Breathalyzer test and if you know that you're not drunk then why not take the Breathalyzer rather than be forced to get your blood drawn. If it weren't for stupid people who refuse a Breathalyzer when they're sober this probably wouldn't be happening. And for the idiot drunk drivers I feel that they should be forced to get their blood drawn if they refuse to blow...I wouldn't want to be driving sober and get killed by a drunk driver which by the news its happening more and more especially on the holidays...SO I can see both sides of this.

well 1 I'm NOT driving drunk and I am not swerving or doing anything that might suggest that I'm driving drunk, I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal and forced to take the test even though they have NO REASON to suspect that I am driving drunk, and 2 this will hold the FUCK out of traffic, drunk driving checkpoints is just a stupid idea imo, all the people who are NOT driving drunk shouldn't have their day held up for this bullshit.
