yes back to work for you? Its going very fast paced for me today! I cant seem to keep up! I have 194 PM's in my box and on FB talking to pj and here trying to post. So it's hectic! To say the least. Now my daughter is texting LOL!

Pan seared and then broiled ... unfortunatly missed the mark on done ness... made it closer to medium than medium rare... but she loved it
