there's two kinds, and they are different in several ways, but they're both dumplings. one is made in the North, other in the South (in China). I especially like one of them over the other...

huan tun and jiao zi. Jiao zi is made in the South, and I like huan tun the way my mom makes it

it seems like she's the only one that makes it
