Chinese pancakes. it was pretty easy to make

I may not do a good job of explaining
you take flour and eggs and mix them together until they become all gooey stuff and you add onion that was chopped up into little pieces. then you pour oil on a frying pan then pour some of the gooey stuff on the pan and spread it around and when it's hard you flip it. you are finished when both sides are nice and brown and crispy looking
I need to ask my mom how much eggs and flour, because I only did the frying part
just got a text message saying my college will be closing ....2 hours ago...
