my brother is working on a project and he wants to use a Jeopardy format...I told him he can do it on powerpoint because some of my teachers last year did that for review. However I don't know how they did it, and I'm asking if anyone does and if there's some site to help me...

Ah yes. I use that with my classes all the time. If you go in google and type in jeopardy power point template there should be several options to choose from. They also make great templates for Hollywood Squares and Who Wants to be a Millionaire.
