I had an enchilada for supper yesterday.

You got yours from Taco Time, though. Mine are from Serena's kitchen. Made from scratch. That's what I'm talking about. :willy_nilly:

I'm not a big red meat fan, but sometimes I just gotta have a steak...and this is one of those times.

What do you put in your mashed potatoes?

I love all kinds of corn. I prefer fresh white corn on the cob but heck, I will eat it most any way imaginable.

Today I'm just putting a spoon in my mashed potatoes (Heavy cream and butter to smooth it out)
But normally I would mix up some garlic or whatever I'm feeling like, chipotle (SP)is very good in it.
But today its the basic meat and potatoes, and yes canned corn because fresh isn't in season yet.
