Yeah I just googled it, it is tofu. Kinda taught me something n'all cause I honestly had no idea what was in tofu or what it was made from. (call me stupid) Other than its a popular way for veggies to get protein.

I wish we had qwirky restaurants like that here I can imagine that would be so cool, just munch the fuck out with loads of different flavors. Never get bored of the taste... I would eat myself fat in one sitting
