I tried being a vegetarian once. Lasted for about five days, which is really good for me. I admire you for being able to stick with it.

Besides cheese, did you have a difficult time changing your diet? Have you found it healthier?

I have found it healthier. I have always paid attention to what I ate....then ate it anyways. But now I am trying to be healthy. I want to be sexy sexy and get me a man and feel good.

I am also trying to cut out high fructose corn syrup.

The biggest thing is living in south louisiana and not eating seafood or any meat. The cajuns are big on that.

Now if I lived in Thailand I think I would be ok....

rennet is ground up stomach. not all cheese has that

Not completely true. It's not "ground up" stomach. They cook them in brine and strain the liquids. The enzymes needed for the cheese making remains in the liquid - and that liquid is rennet.

Artificial rennets don't work anywhere near as well. Very few cheesemakers use them because the quality of the cheese is garbage. Plus, I think it's assumed that most people that wouldn't eat animal products aren't eating cheese anyway

The article I read said they freeze it and grind it. Then again that was wikipedia...:cool

I have had some rennet free cheese - american and swiss - and they were OK as far as american and swiss go.

To get my chevre fix i have been eating rondele spreadable garlic and herb. Rennet free and spreads like butter - but it definitely doesn't have the goat cheese bit I miss. My favorite is Ile de France.....mmmm....I'm getting warmed up here.

Again? YOU were faking. So it's only round ONE for you!

:24::24::24: he got you on that one!

I'm ready for Round Two ;) Take me too the moon Tang, take me to the moon!!!!

We're going to need entertainment - ballroom dancing I think will do. For that, I nominate the dynamic duo of Dana & Jessica.

It goes without saying that we will also require a chef. I nominate Tangerine of course.

What about laundry services you say? I nominate Tim for the role of Victor Nettoyeur.
eekk.gif

This needs updating. Dana (who would double as the taxi driver once learning to drive) needs a new partner. No idea who could fill that role though...

I'm thinking for the position of chef, I nominate Thornless. I want to taste that cooking bad.

Laundry services... Tim is not as fierce as he used to be so for the role of Victor, I nominate Darrell. He's got power too (always helps) to round out his credentials.

"Driver" of the shuttle / rocket that will take us there. I nominate Natasha. Seems like a safe pair of hands.

Pin up for the lads whilst building work is going on? I'd vote for . Any arguments there?

Not to be sexist - pin up for the girls. I'd vote for AEF/Jer (no homo).

From TD's old post - wedding planner? Obviously redliner wants the job so he gets it.

Chief Engineer - I'm going for retro. He LOVES to fix things and has that wonderful temperament about stupid users that will do a Scot proud.

Someone has to chronicle our adventures in pictorial form. So I'm picking sky, Mind and also zirc (based on night time form).

Judge. Crime is not going to go away, someone needs to sort that out and lay down some justice. For that, I nominate V- the fairest of the fair (in both senses!).

*mind goes blank - goes to fetch refreshment*

Yuppers! You're generally nice and all but I reckon if you had to act, you could do it. And yup, I was referring to those kind of laundry services rather than linen :)

I see I forgot to put in the pin-ups. I had two but was going to add two more but forgot.

Pinups. HK/Satin/Thornless/Pan.

Animal welfare. Zirconaz. Well, she looks after horses. Now I don't know that we'd be travelling on horses but we'd need some farm animals. She can look after the bacon. I would have said JD but she isn't around much. Can't have folk slouching off on the moon.

Eco-system. Someone to create the environment necessary to sustain all those animals and us - I'm going with Moonie. She strikes me as the hippy type who'd know about all this stuff and as her able bodied chief worker - Poopa of course.
