I don't know if it'll help, but when I went through my ordeal this past summer, my told me to answer "how are you" with "i'm terrific" every. single. time. So I started to, and it helped. Sometimes you have to lie to yourself. I'm thinking of you and hope everything turns out for the best. *hugs*
