What a strange rule, it wasn't like I was exposing myself or something, Most women I see in pubs seem to be exposing a hell of a lot more than just their legs.

It depends on the bar here once I got completely sloshed and spent 1/2 the night topless ( well in a bra) cause someone dared me to.. Only reason I got away with it was cause it was a smaller bar and I knew the owners

Oh, I know you weren't but I've never seen it. We are uptight on this side of the ocean, so I guess I just don't see it, but it's common there?
