I think there is a feature in VB where you can create your social group.

And there is also other feature for private forums, but it is created by the admin only. Where only members for this private forum can have the access (not other OTz memebrs)

My Status:

Just got free from some VB settings, some times they are really tuff (or may be I was doing wrong)
