Something with the vid card/graphics. Reboot should fix it.

Try what Tangerine said, but if that does NOT work then

press the print screen button, then open up mspaint by going to "Start", all programs, accessories, mspaint
press Ctr+V or click "Edit" menu and click "paste", then save it by Ctr+S or clicking "File" and "Save"
then email it to ertragen@gmail.com and I'll take a look.

It would also help if you could do screen shots of processes running.

Press Ctr+Shift+Esc, that will open up a task manager that looks like this

and then do a screen shot of all the processes running. Just in case there is a spyware or something that's causing that.
