Archaeopteryx, I totally agree. I can't help looking at birds & thinking, wow, the only surviving dinosaurs. I can watch them for ages & just think about the behaviour of herding & flocking dinos.

There also seems to be a misconception with some other dinosaurs (Maybe coming from Jurassic Park?)

People often associate Velociraptors with this:

While in reality it's more likely they looked something like this:

yes velociraptors are actually not that tall and may have not really had the ability to open flat door knobs. We'll never know, will we?

There was a similar dinosaur, with feathers and all, called Utahraptor. It was slightly larger than a human. But like other dinosaurs, it probably had just a "birdbrain"

actually after i read that page i realized it is only one page deep, if you enter anything into the email subscribe or search box it just comes up to a google search engine. Great material though! "three velociraptors will always form an equilateral triangle around their prey!":willy_nilly: change to round door knobs!
