NFL Players wearing pink

I think it is cool they are doing for breast cancer awareness. What do you think?

It's a good idea they should do in every sport a lot of people watch sport its a good way of rising awareness

Breast cancer is a horrible thing and I'm glad it's getting attention. However, heart disease kills more women per year than breast cancer and I don't see them wearing red.

I think it's a great idea. Major league baseball uses pink bats and accessories on Mother's Day. Awareness is s good thing!

but on sunday some of the guys had pink on the bottom of their shoes, and on the palms of their gloves. they also had pink wrap around thingys for the goal posts

I've been known to wear pink shirts when not supporting breast cancer IJS...

I was wondering about all of that for the first few minutes of the game until it dawned on me what was up.

And Goddess, a large number of teams have red in their color scheme, so it wouldn't stand out even if they did.

Pink... that is noticeable.

All those items went to ebay and the money to Breast cancer research projects. A winner all around.

The goalkeeper for my local team, Harlow Town used to wear a pink top for that reason. Palermo wear pink anyway.:willy_nilly:
