I'm a member of two Flames forums. One has been over run by idiots this season so I don't post there much anyway. The other one is pretty cool but I just got my head bitten off for calling Chicago a good team. I think I'll hide out here for awhile. Flames forums are not a good place to be right now. Especially now that Colorado won tonight and the Flames aren't making the playoffs.

the shuffle in the east continues...Bruins slipped back to 8th...3 games left, if they get the points in 2/3 (maybe Buffalo and the Hurricanes) they will face the Crapitals

The Hawks have Hossa, which guarantees them a spot in the finals. Sadly for them, it also guarantees that they'll lose.

I'll support the Senators in the early going since Eugene Melnyk went to my high school.

Eugene Melnyk is cool. He owns racehorses. Back when I worked in Kentucky the farm I worked for sold him a yearling for $2 million. This yearling was out of one of my favourite mares, Silken Cat. He was later named Speightstown, won the Breeders' Cup Sprint as a 6 year old and went on to be named 2004 champion sprinter.

I don't mind the Senators. Not sure if they have the goods to do anything in the playoffs this year but I won't be cheering against them.
