:nod: that's my illness too.......unfortunately, it runs in my family hence i have learned that trick esp with the big toe. It relieves it quick. Learned that from my dad & granny.

Yeah I only get feet cramps when I wear heels..

But moving my toes and causing calf cramps happen a lot..

well with the heels, it almost, always happen with anyone. Bcoz of the uneven distribution of one's weight towards the toes- not much support there.

calf cramps is my problem too.....but am lost with what you're saying about moving your toes :unsure:

Do the moving of your toes slowly and as tolerated. Increase your exercise or activity regime too if you're able/convenient.

reason why they cramp? due to lack of circulation and activity/movement on those areas and your muscles are just getting used to moving of your toes. Through time with constant movement, they'll ease up :nod:

That's the funny part.. as long as I don't have socks on my toes are constantly moving.. it's a nervous habit of mine.. And yes I am odd.. LOL

I can see his teeth impression on my hand still and it was 4 hours ago he bit me..the one on my arm faded away and the one on my leg is still there..

Ok my fucking toe hurts.. I think klutz is my problem today...

First the coffee.. then tripped going up the stairs.. then went to walk through the door to the backrooms and stubbed my baby toe on the wall..

I am just wondering what other ways I can hurt myself tonight.

Well if you ever want to talk...I have two ears and my hearing is pretty good! I'm doing well...I can't say that things are slowing down at work, but I'm trying to make time when I can to relieve some stress by spending time with friends...OTz friends that is
