wow...college football on a Saturday night....up here in New England we don't have that feel at all...its too bad
Ours was less than a sell-out. We had a little over 81,000.
University of Michigan has sold out its home game for years.Looks like you get more of a crowd at a College football game, than we do at a 1st grade national league game here
The attendance at OUR Tigers v Bulldogs game on the weekend was just over 20,000 (and thats considered good attendance)
University of Michigan has sold out its home game for years.
It seats over 106,000
Funny thing is with all those people it is not the noisiest of crowds.
Ann Arbor is full of snobs
That coming from a died in the wool Michigan fan. My old man graduated there :thumbup
My daughter goes to Michigan State :thumbdown:24:
I have gone to probably 6 games over the yearsGreat pics, Fred.
My sister is starting grad school at Michigan this year. She wants to go to one of the football games solely for the purpose of comparing them to the other college games she's been too.

Last one was when Woody Hayes tore up the 1st down markers when we beat them![]()
I think I have gone to 3 or 4 Detroit Lion games in all the years. One at the Silverdome and the other 2 at Tiger Stadium.I marched in UCF's band for a year so my family ended up going to most of them home games. There's a lot to be said for a team that brings 2000 fans (when I was there) out on a good day. And we went to a Florida game when we were younger and we still talk about who crazy it was. I'd rather go to a college game over a professional game any day. 90% of the time, the college fans are more into the game (compared to the professional games I've been to) and they have marching bands, which is way better than just about any NFL half time show..
