This is what happens when you throw a tire tread in a 95 honda with an unprotected wheel well.

StickBoy had an adventure today. It's a good thing that the tire didn't blow completely, cause that might have caused him to crash.:eek
We do have a weekend project now.

So, a retread did that?

They don't sell them here for cars now, only trucks...because they are too dangerous. You see bits of retread from trucks (and hear them when it happens) all down the highway here

wow........is one of those the speedometer cable?

Hood latch cable.
The rest is mainly lighting,radiator fan and diagnostic plug wiring.
I have already acquired the wiring diagram and studied it.
Amazingly the car still runs. Just needa a tire and some rewiring.

Nah, just a really old tire with a bit of dry rot.

All is good.
The car has 2 radiator fans. The other fan is fed from the right side and still works.
I dont think it will be a big deal cause the a/c dont work and wont add that much more heat up front.
