Ok so I managed to make it through my first and last wedding.

Why never again?
- Well every dipshit with a point & shoot kept pushing their weight around so they could get a shot. The bride and groom actually got a bit pissed but even that didn't keep the arseholes away.
- I discussed at length why the trellis should be in the shade and they agreed. Then the time came to get on with it they had it in different spot with sunlight pouring through and me having the sun almost in my face. The mother of the groom was the one I spoke to and she is the one that made the decision. That wrecked a pile of what could have been nice shots.

There's more to it but I'm sure you get the drift.

These were prepossessed and cropped quite quickly but you'll get the idea.

The bride was very relaxed prior to the hitchin'

The trellis. I have the full shot of course ;)

The bride, groom, maids-of-honor. No best man at that Korean wedding.

I think so but it would have been hard to tell in that crowd.

Ohhhhhhh...how distruptive of them. :mad I hate when the guests are so intrusive with their cameras!

I understand why you be reconsidering doing it again! :mad

BTW: the pics are lovely. :)

you did a great job even if the light wasn't to your liking...really nice. If i was that bride i'd be very pleased with the shots.

Good shots Guy. I especially like the last close up.

Hard work weddings. I'm glad I was only a friend photographer at one - as I forgot the battery for mine at the main wedding ceremony. I'd left the battery charging in the hotel room so had to settle for reception pics etc.
