One can not bend over to far though..its up to you/a timer is just the ticket for the on all fours or the grabbing the ankle shots.

These shot give 'The Man' an overall idea of idea of where the hand will fit on the lower back

Rotate the picture and post/..you dont even have to rotate if you dont want...upside down is sexy as hell I tell you/
