I have to get this off my chest... It's bugged me for the last time... I want a serious show of hands who think Rap & Hip Hop are two completely different types of music. This irritates the bejeebers out of me. If you're really submersed into the culture hip hop is the culture, the bboying, graffing and that rapping... Nowadays it's the 2 terms are used interchangably to mean the same damn thing RAPMUSIC. Hip hop is not simply danceable rapmusic.... Hip hop is not simply danceable rapmusic, it's everything.

As with all music, I couldn't give a shit what anyone catogarises it as, if I like it, I like it. Groups who can crossover through many different styles I actually like the best, when they stick to the same old thing, it can get rather stale.
