Retarded Modified Diesel Truck

I hope I'm not the only one who thinks these type of modified trucks look retarded. What 4x4's aren't big enough?

It looks like a 1 ton that's got an aftermarket hood on it to make it look like a highway rig. I suspect it's used to pull a 5th wheel. I could be wrong.

I didn't even know GM made a 3500 such as that. As far as the bigger rigs. Ya I knew about 'em. I used to drive 'em. I loved driving 'em. I hated never being home. I miss my Kenworth T800 w/460+

That is definitely not a 3500 from GM.
