What kind of text ? Something like " It's Just A Little Prick ".There's surprisingly a lot of pictures with no thorns... none that I truly like for a signature pic though...

I've got quite a few other rose type shots thorn but most quite close up or at least of the main flower. Not sure any would be av appropriate for you. I'd also hate for you to only av a pic cos I sent it to you and not cos it was any good

Woses are very difficult for me to photograph, especially wed woses and I don't quite know why. Kudos to anyone that can do it.Thank you both

I struggled with it to be honest. It was the best of a bad bunch as I had to use manual focus and no tripod to get that close. Even then, it's not perfectly in focus (especially when I look at the original size pic).
I guess I can be overly self-critical or a perfectionist or something
