Day 3 is a hump day from what I hear. I've been told if you get thru day 3 you turn the corner so to speak.

Technically it takes 3 days for the nicotine to be fully out of your system, so yes... day 3 is the last day of withdrawal. The next 3 weeks is kicking the habit.

Had a good night at my bosses, more fun that I thought we were going to have. Didn't get home till 10pm.

Have to works today :yuk Hope my book filled up.
