i lived for 2 weeks off bread and random bits i managed to get my hands on last month... it wasn't good.

I have narrow feet and very narrow heels, plus planter fasciitis. I can never find anything that fits in the heel and has decent arch support. So I've given up on finding shoes besides sneakers that I can actually wear.

They sell those nifty sleeping braces that stretch out your Achilles tendon overnight. Have you tried looking into those? My mother wears one for her plantar fasciitis. She says it really helps.

I haven't yet. I really just need to go to the doctor again but I've had way too many doctor appointments lately.
