NFL Fans?

I watch the Superbowl, getting a bit popular over here, I just cant stand all the stopping and starting and the full body armour, seems like a bit of a pansy version of Rugby. I do support the Giants though if I have to go for anyone.

Haha, I interviewed my friend from Northampton and he said that he likes the NFL more than rugby, but like you said that the stoppages annoy him lol.

All I know about football is that I have to dislike the Pats :/

Why?

Is why I prefer Union to League, league has too much stopping and starting but nowhere near as bad as NFL. I do like the whole spectacle of the Superbowl though, it's true thast Yanks dont do anything by halves! :thumbup;)

I have no idea, my ex said to dislike them and I said whatever and continued watching my sport, which is the NHL :D

I attempted to get into the NHL once but it failed miserably due to me being at work during most games. -_-

Pens all the way though.

To each his own I suppose. The only soccer (football) games I've watched are the ones my exes have played in. -_-

The newest fad is disliking all their sucess and wishing you'd steal one of their scouts.

Sadly, I'm an Oiler fan :24::24:

lol. I hated the Wings before it was cool!

No offense, but are you gay or is your ex bi sexual?

That kinda came outta left field. :\ lol

Nope, 100% straight...and to my knowledge they were both obviously gay for breaking up with me. <_<

But, really, they were both straight.

Why do you ask?

Ah, not trying to be homophobic, I'm not at all but the general culture (here anyway) is that football (soccer) is a mans game and women who play it are usually lesbians. ;)

lmfao.

See, the way I grew up (granted, I've lived in a football town my whole life) it's completely the opposite.

Both of my exes were amazing soccer players though.

Yeah, I've got that kind of impression. Remember a King of the Hill episode where Bobby took up football and Hank wasn't happy in his not homophobic but getting along there kind of way.

lmao yeah actually.

I've started to watch that show a bit more now too.

I mean, it's not gay. But it's like the step under bi-curious. ;)

Only kidding.

Haha! No problem , just different cultures, I guess, over here, if you dont support a football team, it's genrally considered gay and if you support a big football team, Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool ect and dont live or come froim round that way, it''s also considered quite gay in general too.

Haha, fair enough. I've tried to expand my sports viewing but I always get sucked into the NFL one way or another.
