Indeed I have. Only movie of his that I haven't seen (that he wrote AND directed) is Mae Day: The Crumbling of a Documentary.
Don't believe the negativity around it. Honestly. It's touching, it has a great script with convincing dialogue and even some genuine laughs (but it's not a comedy) and good performances all around. It makes it easy to swallow some of the more formulaic aspects of it and there's quite a few of them.
To put it into perspective, here's my criticker ratings for his movies:
Clerks - 100
Clerks 2 - 95 (donkey scene hurt it... but it's more emotional than Clerks 1)
Chasing Amy - 89
Jersey Girl - 87
Dogma - 85
Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back - 81
Mallrats - 75
