heres my ultimate band

Bass - Les Claypool (Primus)
Drums - Neil Peart (Rush)

Karimba: Laura Barrett
Tambourine: Reg Vermue (As in Gentleman Reg)
Cello: Richard Carnegie
All these people would sing backup too, of course.
Who needs drums? I certainly don't.

There was a time when Hawkwind ran with 2 drummers & some of the sounds they were able to create were awesome. Worth a try with two of the greatest.

(Yeah I know that some of them are dead but it is a fantasy, right?)

Wern't Hawkwind the band Spinal Tap were based on? I heard the've been through more drummers than hot dinners!

They have been through more musicians than any other band in history. They started in 1969 & have had more line-up changes than Paris Hilton has had sex.

I didn't hear that Spinal Tap was based on them specifically, more based on a collage of 70's rock bands.
