I remember my Literature professor discussing his works...it was pretty eerie how Kafka knew something about the future that no one else could see....

I also enjoyed the Ender series. Those books were very thought provoking. Also the freedom books. About the people who were captured by aliens and forced to colonize alien planets for them. Very interesting.
