Yoga poses are not just physical activity, you will have to do these poses along with your breathing rhythm and also a lot of attention. Yoga combines body movement, breathing as well as thoughts and breathing. Therefore, it helps in mental welbeing as well

I don't practice yoga. I do practice various other forms of meditation practices. For example, I practice Muraqabah (Islamic Spiritual Meditation Practice). It offers various spiritual and health benefits. It offers spiritual healing and it is much better than yoga.
