CS4 isn't too much different than CS3 aside from the aesthetics of the program.

well that would be nice if i knew how to use the previous version, but I don't! All i know how to do is add filters. lol. Books, tutorials, anything you suggest? I'm going to be using primarily for editing pics of Peyton.

Im using a "portable version of photoshop CS3 on my lap op"

some guy re wrote some of the scripts within it, and packed it up so you can install it in yoir flash drive/ipod or phone, and take it with you everywhere you go!

buuuuut if anyone has the CS4 version and cares to "share" I'd appreciate a pm with the info for it

As far as tutorials? go to youtube and search for yousuckatphotoshop there is a whole series that takes you through the basics of photoshop. not the most up to date today but it sure does take you through the basics of photoshop.

I'm old school, I use Photoshop 7.0. Mainly use Adobe Illustrator CS2 though.
