Road trip, In-Law Family Reunion, BBQ, Grocery Shopping, Relaxing

Kicked off the work weekend w/ a fatality accident early Friday night. Thankfully it got better from there.

On Friday had a job interview, later that day got the job....That day I was to mow the lawn with my new lawnmower, I broke the rip cord. Saturday wife and I went to the place where we bought the mower and got the rip cord fixed. went food shopping, picked up new mower, she unloaded groceries, I attacked the lawn who had not been mowed in over six weeks. Four and a half hours later, and 6 bags of lawn clippings, lawn is back to sanity level. Today we went to the local dump and picked up dump sticker to dump the six bags of grass clippings, came home and did another four bags and dumped them off, took the rest of the day off to relax. now it is time for bed, so after Food truck race bed....and start a new week tomorrow which includes: new rims for my car, new key for wife's car.

Yesterday, ran a few errands, didn't do much else. Went to visit my mom and dad for an hour or so. Today, I cut apart and reworked two of the hitches for the receiver on my pickup. Gave my welder a good workout for a little bit. 160 amps, AC with 7018 rod.

Michael turned 9 so I got a couple hotel rooms and did the typical birthday activities. It was a blast. I still can't get over him being 9 already. UGH I would love for a little bit of a slow down in life. Now just a couple more months and Mr. Aiden will be 8...GEESH....seriously time....SLOW DOWN!

Saturday....dodged the rain, mowed some lawns, drank a few rums.
Sunday...... couldn't dodge the rain, went for a walk to the duckpond, drew up the plans for a summer project.

Friday I went shopping, Saturday I did not a lot, Saturday night I got shitfaced, Sunday I stayed in bed most of the day then went out for Tapas.

Doctor visit and then a catered dinner on Saturday. Worked on the lane with the skid steer yesterday and watched some football. Got some hay to put up in the haymow today.

Oh loverly, Joe was cleaning out our sewer and ended up breaking the city sewer line, so if we don't get it fixed before they find out........ and today is garbage day so I hope they have enuf room for the garbage truck to get thru the alley. We jimmy rigged the sewer line and the line is partially dug up. Joe had to back my car out of the garage this morning. Luckily he is off work every day this week at 3 pm so we will be working on it each nite.

Lots of fun! I also fell in the 12 foot hole (luckily before the sewage leaked) so I'm nicely bruised up too!

everyone left the pool had the pool to my self and kids
just kept my head out the water with a hat on and it rocked
the lightening never came but there was thunder
and giant rain drops
and I was at a pool with no life guard you can run and jump in anywhere

Had a birthday party for a son.

Had 8 - 7 though 9 year old boys running around an amusement park/playground. Stuck in traffic for 2 hours to get there, and then found out we forgot the birthday cake. FUN weekend LOL

Last weekend was spent making a bimini outside. Or watching the husband make one should I say, whilst I watch him and drink wine.
