I don't have much of one anymore! Last 2 beefers go to the butcher next Sunday and then it is time to drain down the waterers for the winter. Might have to nab one of the bucks that are chasing the does all over.

Neck roast is better if you get one before the rut starts. It seems to be starting early this year. We may be in for a bad winter. Squirrels are real active storing up nuts as well.
