I plan on starting school in the next coupld of months and I've noticed for awhile that my laptop doesn't have microsoft word. My PC does, but laptop no. So I was looking around to download it and found out that you have to pay for it???????? what crap.

thanks I'll probably need it towards the end of summer. I don't need it at this moment for anything. Just when I start my online classes. The program could probably use an upgrade...i think it's from the 90s.

I have Office 2003 (legal copy) that we can load on the machine. That will have everything you need... plus more.

dude office 04 for mac is the SHIT! Word was sooo awesome in it...i used to take notes in class with my laptop, it has a special note taking mode and a recorder built into the program to record lectures....needless to say that was the difference between me making A's or not.
