My BAC is about .43 at least right now but I've never had drink while bearing a child!!!!!!!!!!

If you were .43 you wouldn't be breathing. If that lady's BAC was actually .29 the she was very fucked up... people have comatosed at above .30 Either way, that's jacked....... she should never see that child again.

Ummm...of course I was kidding about the .43!! LoL!!

When I got my DUI, I was .28....but that was about 4-5 hours after they picked me up. I had refused to blow at the scene, then refused at the police station. They finally talked me into it, but then their machine wouldnt work, so they transported me to a different cop shop. I absolutely had no right being in a car that night.

That mother needs to be dealt with harshly, fetal alcohol syndrome will most likely cause the baby to suffer mental retardation. She should pay a huge fine for stupidity, then go to jail for life.
