wtf are these slot things?

I have this laptop and I am lookin for the slot to stick a wireless internet card thing in....
Im tryin to figure out what these are?? The 2 things are on the right side... and the little things on the left side lift up... hrmm.....

The one on the way right is for a wireless adapter card or really any card, extrea memory something like that, but I cant quite make out whats on the left!
