I don't know if all religious outlooks are that way.

I do not agree with that Father's behavior. But I also do not approve of how that girl is dressed or the prank she paid on her Dad knowing it would cause him so much distress.

Personally, I prefer my children to date other kids that are active in the Word of God. The Word calls us to be 'equally yoked' when in a romantic type relationship and for good reason.
