Every culture has its storytelling gems. From Japan’s magical realism to Latin America’s political allegories, global literature offers endless perspectives. Which country’s literature has left the biggest impact on you? What book introduced you to a different culture’s storytelling style?

I have read Russian literature, French literature, Greek literature, Latin American literature, English literature and local literature. The biggest impact came from Greek literature and Latin American literature

I like The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini for its emotional depth.
I also love Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami for its quiet, emotional depth and Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe, which powerfully portrays pre-colonial African life and change. These stories opened my eyes to different cultures and human experiences.
