Anybody here exercise on a regular basis? If so whats normally your routine? I lift weights every monday wednesday friday and run on tuesday's and thursday's.

I lift 4 days a week.

I try to get out and do some cardio once in awhile, but it seems to be few and far between. :(

I need to get better at that.

i am trying to gain weight but all i am doing is losing even more fat and gaining more definition. i have 18.3% BMI which is a little low. i dont run at all but i do lift some weights and eat a high protein/carb diet and a gallon of h20 a day

I work out with a pilates dvd 5 days a week. I used to lift weights, really need to get back into that and I'm thinking of getting myself some rollerblades and crusing around the'hood!

I was exercising everyday, but havent done so well lately. friday I worked out on the trampoline, but that was it.

I use to do tae-bo all the time, but, its been awhile since I have. I need to get back in the groove of it again.

Have you ever even been on a trampoline? Jumping on one for 5-10 minutes will get your heart rate goin.

I guess I dont understand yoga. it looks so boring to me. And I dont see how doing yoga helps ya lose weight. :dunno

There's nothing boring about it. It literally stretches and tones every muscle in your body. If you don't see how it helps in losing weight, then I challenge you to do yoga for three months. It's terribly invigorating and makes you want more.

I used to work for a guy that did Yoga with his wife. He was telling us one day he fell asleep during the class.

.. and then tried to tell me I should do yoga too. No thanks, I lead a boring enough life as it is.

I seriously thought about signing up for a belly dance class that they have offered here at the community college. Im just not quite certain about it yet. I dont wanna look like a dumbass out there trying to belly dance.

I think I will pass. I would much rather do tae-bo. Its more interesting and exciting. It gets my adrenaline pumping.

I do my lifting @ 24 hour fitness, but when I get off my lazy arse and run, it's usually around my neighborhood.

Now I'm feeling all guilty and convicted. I think I should go running in the manana.

One time we had to do Yoga for Squadron PT (Physical Training). The lady was fuckin pregnant and she still beat the shit out of every Marine in there. That shit can be hard! I am also a firm believer that the gym causes cancer. Or at least makes me sore and tired, so I don't like it.
