I would like to hear what workout programs or diets work for you. Please specify the program, your goals headed toward that program and your results after it or so far. Just trying to get a handful or workouts that work.

Carbs for lunch but not for dinner
Nuts
Cereal breakfast
Protein shake and veges for dinner
This is my basic diet, and it really helps me. As long as I can control my eating habits, I can go a long way.

The only thing that has ever worked for me is calorie counting with an app that lets me also input/deduct exercise calories.

I set a goal, stick (roughly) to my recommended intake, and up my burned calories. Usually I only have to do it after holidays or things like that, when disruptions to my normal patterns have made my weight sneak up.

I have a pretty varied and overall healthy diet, so generally I don't change my diet dramatically (high calorie-low content foods go pretty quickly when I look at them as numbers) in order to avoid trying to maintain unnatural patterns after hitting my goal.

Stonglifts 5x5 is very good, and so is starting strength. They are good for packing on some muscle mass, but i wouldn't do it for too long as my legs were getting too thick from all that squatting. Also, you need to eat some serious calories to progress but it worked for me to build some muscle, but i have since stopped and do more isolation work instead.

I had a diet that I am doing for the last 4 years already and that is blending apple, carrot, cucumber, bellpepper and ginger and this is my breakfast after a long hours of fasting from sleep. It is said that these fruits and veggies are best absorbed during breakfast on an empty stomach and you will get its vitamin contents easily. I rarely get sick like colds and cough since I started this regimen and I always feel energized and active for the whole day! :)

I second this. I've been doing Stronglifts for the past 2 months, and so far I did some impressive strength and muscle gains. I've put 4 kilos, and I look more toned overall. Of course you need to keep a high calorie intake!
