Are there any words you fuck up every time you type/write them?

Mine is guarantee. I'm learning, but I always get it wrong. Gaurantee, Garauntee, ugh!
Also struggle with commit (comit, comitt) and committee as well.

I have a few. It's more I add a letter where it doesn't actually exist in the word. On here I don't really misspell because the red line underneath the word appears. In real life I don't have that. Common words I struggle with are Necessary, and words like those where it's one of one letter, and two of others, I forget the order sometimes.

Tons of words, a better question would be what can I spell.

I have a problem with spelling, not helped by all the teachers I've ever had saying my bad results on spelling tests was down to sheer laziness because someone who is good at reading has to be a great speller. It wasn't, my mum would sit down and try to help me with my spelling for hours each night but for some reason it just doesn't sink in. It's now quite a touchy area and I do get really angry and frustrated when I'm writing and a word doesn't look right. I also really dislike people point it out.

Bought/Brought is my weakness. For nearly 6 years Matt has been telling me the difference. Can I get it right? Noooooooooo. I always use the wrong one. I now avoid the word whenever possible.

This. I didn't learn phonics until I was in college so I couldn't sound out words. I was able to read before I started school and I was really good at figure out words I didn't know from the context. I remember nearly failing middle school English because I couldn't past the spelling tests. I'd memorize them for the test, do reasonable well, and then forget it after I was done.

This is one of the few places I fall down with spelling. Otherwise I'm very good, but words like necessary or accessory trip me up occasionally. Although would you know it, I just spelt everything in that sentence perfectly on the first go, I must be actually learning :p

occasion is the one I always seem to forget which letter is doubled. >.<

Other than that, I do okay most of the time. I got lucky in that respect.

Ridiculously and definitely used to always trip me up. Not so much now.

I generally don't have spelling problems, just grammar--especially to and too. I mix those up all the time.

Like Springers/HK have mentioned - words that have a combination of 1 and 2 letters in there and forgetting the order etc.

I'm the same exact way with "necessary" and words of the sort. I've gotten better at it but I seem to always spell it "nessecary" or "neccesary" . As soon as I write it I can always tell that it is incorrect though. It's whenever I am writing in a hurry that it trips me up.

I always fuck up canceled. I know it's only one l, but it looks better w/ 2. :24: And occasion is another one, too...like someone mentioned, I always forget which letter is doubled.
