you can buy 2 dollar bills anytime you want i get them for my grandkids along with silver eagles every year , and Slient very nice find my last was a 5 dollar silver Cert .

some old moneys are collectable like say antiques , and i buy new and old gold and silver coins that is now worth alot more then when i bought them so call it an investment for me to cash in some day or to leave my son. oh and i buy new silver eagle dollars every year for all my grandkids .

The 1943 silver pennies are actually steel with zinc coating. They were made because copper was needed for the war effort. You can get them at dealers pretty easily. They are worth between $.05 & $.08 each. Now if you can find a 1943 copper penny it's worth about $45,000.00
